Moolchand DubeyMoolchand Dubey is a certified bookkeeper and accountant qualified by experience.  He worked at a leading Indian bank from 1974 to 2008 and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.  He was awarded Student of the Year 2011 by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers for outstanding examination achievement.  He teamed with Coman & Co. I am considering forming a Beneficial Interest Trust to keep legal title of the property but transfer the benefit of rental income to a company.
